Answer: Provide us with your custom text, including your name/initials/address/date when placing the order. Production takes 2-3 business days, and shipping varies: 4-7 business days for VIP express, while 12-15 business days for standard. Delivery times may change depending on customs.

Answer: Certainly! Tell us your interested product and provide us with your custom text, and we will create a preview for you.

Question: Can you create oval, square, or rectangular custom stamps?
Answer: Our standard custom wax seal stamps are round. For square, rectangular, or oval stamps, we create them by cutting a round one. This process incurs an additional $10 cutting fee. Please contact our customer service team to add a shape note to your order.

Question: Can you create stamps bigger than 40mm/1.57" in diameter?
Answer: Our standard maximum stamp size is 40mm/1.57". For larger sizes, we charge an additional $5 material fee per extra 5mm, based on the 40mm size price. Please contact our customer service team to add a size note to your order.

Question: How much wax do I need?
Answer: The amount of wax needed depends on the size of the seal you are making. Approximately 3 wax beads are required for a 25mm seal, 4 beads for a 30mm seal, 6 beads for a 35mm seal, and 7 beads for a 40mm seal. One wax stick can produce around 10 seals of 25mm (1"), 7.5 seals of 30mm (1.18"), 6 seals of 35mm (1.38"), or 5 seals of 40mm (1.57").

Question: Can I buy wax seal stamp heads without handles?
Answer: Yes, when ordering multiple wax seal stamps, at least one must include a complete "stamp head + handle" set. The remaining stamps can be ordered as heads only. Place your order and provide us with your order number, and we'll update the order and refund the cost of the extra handle(s).
