Ready made items will be dispatched within 3 business days depending on stock availability. Made to order goods such as custom wax seal stamps and self-adhesive wax seals may take up to 3-5 business days depending on the intricacy.

We offer free international standard shipping on orders over 60 USD, free priority shipping on orders over 100 USD, and free VIP express shipping (remote service fee excluded) on orders over 150 USD.

We hold no responsibility for incorrect addresses given or late changes on addresses. If you do enter an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to rectify the error. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package. The shipping carrier may charge a fee for the return shipping and re-delivery. This charge will be passed on to you.
