| 3. Can you create oval, square, or rectangular custom stamps? | Our standard custom wax seal stamps are round. For square, rectangular, or oval stamps, we create them by cutting a round one. This process incurs an additional $10 cutting fee. Please contact our customer service team to add a shape note to your order. |
| 4. Can you create stamps bigger than 40mm/1.57" in diameter? | Our standard maximum stamp size is 40mm/1.57". For larger sizes, we charge an additional $5 material fee per extra 5mm, based on the 40mm size price. Please contact our customer service team to add a size note to your order. |
| 5. Can I buy wax seal stamp heads without handles? | Yes, when ordering multiple wax seal stamps, at least one must include a complete "stamp head + handle" set. The remaining stamps can be ordered as heads only. Place your order and provide us with your order number, and we'll update the order and refund the cost of the extra handle(s). |
