Customization Process for Fully Custom Products

Please note that this customization process applies exclusively to fully custom products. We do NOT provide proofs for semi-custom products prior to production.

Customization Process Steps:

#1 How to Submit Your Own Image

 If you have your own artwork, design or ideas and want to make it out a laser-engraving wax seal stamp

1. Upload your own image before placing an order

2. Please email us your artwork: support@stamprints.com

 

#2 Image File Types and Formats

Provide us with your design/image: upload a copy of your logo/image/design file.

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, zip files, AI files with an image area larger than 300x300 pixels

 

#3 Image Alteration Servies

 Please note that: If the image is not of high quality or the image format is not suitable for production, our professional designer can help you alter the 

image, and a corresponding design fee will be charged according to the difficulty, or resend a new design draft that meets the production requirements.

After the designer alter the image, you will receive an email within 2 business days (or sooner) of the adjusted design darft, attached along with our 

advice on how to maximize your artistic potential. If we don't receive your feedback within 2 days, we will take that you approve the design draft, and 

we will start production.

 

 

#4 Customization Time

 

After received your approval, the order will go into production (2~4 working days + shipping time), and you will receive your own designed craftwork.

 

 

#5 About Returns and Refunds

 

1. Please note that if you want to return the product for a refund after the designer has altered the image, you'll still be charged a corresponding design fee.

2. Except for product quality problems (contact us within 15 days after receiving the product), custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.
