Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stamprints website and your purchases from us. The website and store are operated by Origin Game Limited, trading as Stamprints, at ROOM B 16/F Eubank Plaza, 9 Chiu Lung Street, Central, Hong Kong. In these Terms, “Stamprints,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Origin Game Limited.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A person under 18 may use the store only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the order.
2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Your order is an offer to buy the selected products. An automated order confirmation confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We may accept an order by sending an acceptance notice, beginning design or production work, or dispatching the product. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or technical error, unavailable materials, inability to produce the requested design, legal restrictions, or prohibited content.
If we cancel an order, we will refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled part of the order to the original payment method.
3. CUSTOM ORDERS, ARTWORK, AND PROOFS
A custom product includes any product made using customer-requested text, names, initials, logos, artwork, dimensions, colors, configurations, or other specifications.
Where a digital proof is required, we normally send it within one business day after receiving the order and the required artwork or instructions.
Please review the proof carefully. You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, dimensions, colors, and other visible specifications. If we do not receive confirmation or a revision request within 48 hours after sending the proof, we may schedule production using the latest proof to help avoid delay.
Before production begins, you may cancel or request changes without a design or setup fee. After production begins, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed. When technically and operationally possible, we may offer a modification or remake under case-specific terms.
An error that was visible in and approved on the proof is not normally a product defect. We remain responsible if the finished product materially differs from the approved proof.
4. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of artwork, logos, text, images, and other content that you submit.
You confirm that you own the submitted content or have all permissions needed for us to use it. You authorize us and our necessary designers, manufacturers, service providers, and contractors to use the content only to review the order, prepare proofs, manufacture the product, perform quality checks, deliver the order, and provide after-sales support.
We will not use private custom artwork for public advertising, portfolios, or promotional materials unless you separately authorize that use.
You must not submit content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited. We may reject or cancel an order containing prohibited content.
If your submitted content causes a third-party claim because you lacked the required rights or because the content was unlawful, you are responsible for the reasonable losses and costs arising directly from that claim, to the extent permitted by law.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND REASONABLE VARIATION
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, natural materials, handmade processes, and manufacturing methods can cause reasonable differences in color, texture, finish, placement, or dimensions.
Reasonable variation is not a defect when it does not materially affect the product’s agreed specifications, function, or approved proof. Nothing in this section removes rights relating to products that are faulty, materially different from their description, or not made according to the approved specifications.
You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for a special use unless we have expressly confirmed suitability in writing.
6. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment may be processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or another method displayed at checkout.
We may correct an obvious pricing, currency, or technical error before accepting the order. If an order has already been paid, we will ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund.
For deliveries to the United States, Stamprints covers applicable import duties and import-related clearance charges. Sales tax shown at checkout is collected separately where required. For other destinations, the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT, brokerage, and customs charges unless checkout states otherwise.
7. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY
Shipping times shown at checkout cover shipping transit only and do not include proof review or production.
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms:

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms:

Eligible unused non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made products are not returnable for change of mind after production begins, but verified quality issues remain covered.
The Lifetime Quality Warranty for custom products applies for the product’s reasonable useful life, for at least one year and no more than five years depending on the product. The warranty remedy is remake or replacement; repair service is not provided. Mandatory consumer rights may provide additional remedies.
8. ACCOUNTS AND WEBSITE SECURITY
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may request account deletion through the available account tools or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for orders, warranty, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, or disputes.
You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the website in a way that harms its operation, or use the website for unlawful activity.
9. WEBSITE CONTENT
The website, including its design, text, graphics, product photography, software, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Stamprints and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
10. REVIEWS AND PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily post a public review, comment, photo, or social-media submission to us for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, translate, and format that public submission for store, customer-service, and promotional purposes.
This license does not apply to private custom artwork or private order files unless you separately authorize promotional use.
We may moderate or remove public submissions that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to the product or service.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, communication tools, and social platforms. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for a third-party website or service that we do not control, but this does not limit our responsibility for our own contractual obligations to you.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We use reasonable care to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.
Product warranties, descriptions, and mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by this website-availability clause.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, willful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer right.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising from or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or business opportunities, when those losses were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach.
14. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil disorder, labor disruption, government action, customs action, carrier interruption, epidemic, major network failure, or supply interruption.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and will not use this clause to remove rights that applicable law gives you.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of the country or region where you live. You may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts where mandatory law permits.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint directly. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive any right to participate in a class or collective action where such a waiver would be unenforceable.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date.
We will provide prominent notice, and where appropriate email notice, before a material change takes effect. Changes do not retroactively alter an order that was already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
17. GENERAL TERMS
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, or sale of the business, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights. You may not transfer an order or contractual right without our consent, except where law allows.
