We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.
When you enter your email address to checkout, Shop Pay can automatically fill in your previously saved payment and shipping information to help you complete checkout faster.
Apple Pay lets you pay easily and securely. 2. Payment Security
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Stamprints is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
3. Order Verification
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
4. Currency
When possible, Stamprints will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.
5. Sales Tax
As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, please note that we do not charge any additional taxes on your purchase. However, if your order is subject to customs duties or taxes, you will be responsible for paying these charges directly to the relevant authorities. The total amount shown on the review page before you submit your order and on the summary page after the order is complete will reflect only the cost of the merchandise itself.
6. Q&A
Why was my payment declined?
If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or your card is not suspended by the bank for a review. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or pay us via PayPal.
If the above instructions fail, please contact your bank or submit a ticket with as much detail as you could provide along with the error messages, so that we may assist you.
Why can't I check out?
We suggest you change a device or browser and try again. Sometimes certain aspects of checkout won't display or function properly.
And you are suggested to try and check out using PayPal Express check out to see if that helps.
