I tried to cancel the order, because it was taking too long. 2 weeks after the order was placed, it still hadn't shipped. Contacted customer service, told them I wanted to cancel and the reason why. It was escalated to presumably a supervisor, who said they'd send it right away. It was another 2 weeks before it shipped.
