Classy, romantic look without all the effort

I love these. The colour was true to the photo. I ordered the sage green. They’re peel and stick so easy to use. They’re affordable which is great and the quality feels like real wax. It’s even slightly tacky to the touch but not enough to stick to fingers or clothes or anything.

Perfect Seal

This was the perfect seal for our wedding invitations, seating chart and baby’s first birthday. Comes with so many, and looks just like a wax seal. Very sticky, never once had an issue with our seating chart signs falling off. Colour is exactly as I pictured and the size is about the size of a quarter. Quality was great and they made our wedding chart look amazing!

Beautiful but watch postage!

These are beautiful and looked perfect on our wedding invitations. They were easy to use, very sturdy and really sealed the envelope shut. The only thing you need to check is how much extra postage using these will cause. The post office had to 'process by hand' our invitations because we used these, so 97% of our invites were returned for not enough postage. Really glad I bought extra. Otherwise, we were very happy with these!

Our traditional wax seal stamps have engraved brass heads, with wooden handles. Our self-adhesive wax seals are made from real sealing wax with a strong adhesive backing for easy application.

If I order a custom wax seal stamp or custom self-adhesive seals, what artwork do I need to provide?

For custom designs, clear, high-resolution artwork is best. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) are ideal, or high-quality .PNG or .JPEG. We can often help with simple text or monogram setups. You'll generally get a proof if needed.

What sizes and designs are available for wax seal stamps and stickers?

We offer various sizes (e.g., 1"/25mm - 1.6"/40mm diameter) and a wide range of designs, including monograms, wedding motifs, branding options, and fully custom designs. We also provide custom shapes, supporting unique designs tailored to the customer’s preferences.

How long does it take to produce custom wax seals (stamps or stickers) and ship them?

Custom wax seal stamps usually take 3-5 business days for production after proof approval. Custom self-adhesive seals might take a bit longer due to the batch process. Standard shipping is then about 10-14 business days, with faster options available.

How do I use a traditional wax seal stamp? And how do the self-adhesive ones work?

For traditional stamps: melt sealing wax (sticks or beads), pour onto your surface, press the stamp into the hot wax for a few seconds, then lift. For self-adhesive seals: simply peel off the backing and press firmly onto your envelope or project.

How should I clean and care for my brass wax seal stamp?

While the wax is still slightly warm (but not hot), you can gently wipe the stamp head with a paper towel. If wax hardens in the crevices, you can carefully warm the stamp head slightly (e.g., over the flame for a very brief moment) and wipe again, or use a soft brush. Store in a dry place.

Your satisfaction is key. If there's a manufacturing defect or an error from the approved proof on our part, please contact customer service. We'll work with you to find a solution, such as a remake or store credit, according to our policies.
