  1. Standard Returns:
    • 30-day return window from receipt date
    • Item must be in new condition
    • Refund based on original purchase invoice value
    • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

  2. Custom Products:
    • Not eligible for return without quality issues
    • No returns or cancellations once production starts or item ships
    • Free lifetime warranty:

    • Unsatisfied customers receive free design modifications
    • New product made and shipped at no cost for quality issues

     

    Shipping Back To Us

    • Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account or send email to support@stamprints.com, Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
    • Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
    • Drop off your package at the local post office.
    • Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions. 

    Refund

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Once the refund is processed, it's up to your card company to post the credit to your account, which typically takes 3-7 business days.

     

    Late Or Missing Refund

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchange

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@stamprints.com.

     

    Gift

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

     

    Responsibility

    Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please make sure they are packed properly so as to avoid any damage in transit.
    As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives, be sure to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we are able to locate the items and you'd like them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
    We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office.
