Shipping took a little longer than anticipated and tracking wasn’t updating so I feel like I worried about it getting to me more than I should have, but now that it’s here I’ve used it over 10 times and I absolutely love it!

First, this product, a custom embosser, is excellent. I have purchased this same type of product from 2 other sellers on etsy and have not been pleased because of the quality. Stamprint's embosser is great. It embosses the image evenly and at a good depth of impression each time This sellers customer service is great! They respond quickly and are very helpful. I had my mother's business logo turned into a stamp. This seller got back quickly with a mockup for approval, offered suggestions where the logo would not work well for this product, and quickly sent an image of his suggestions for approval. The process was quick, and I am very pleased.

We went back and forth 2 or 3 times to get the final design, but they were great. Once the final design was approved it took about 3 weeks to get it finished and shipped from overseas. Looks great and works great!
