Our traditional wax seal stamps have engraved brass heads, with wooden handles. Our self-adhesive wax seals are made from real sealing wax with a strong adhesive backing for easy application.

For custom designs, clear, high-resolution artwork is best. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) are ideal, or high-quality .PNG or .JPEG. We can often help with simple text or monogram setups. You'll generally get a proof if needed.

We offer various sizes (e.g., 1"/25mm - 1.6"/40mm diameter) and a wide range of designs, including monograms, wedding motifs, branding options, and fully custom designs. We also provide custom shapes, supporting unique designs tailored to the customer’s preferences.

Custom wax seal stamps usually take 3-5 business days for production after proof approval. Custom self-adhesive seals might take a bit longer due to the batch process. Standard shipping is then about 10-14 business days, with faster options available.

For traditional stamps: melt sealing wax (sticks or beads), pour onto your surface, press the stamp into the hot wax for a few seconds, then lift. For self-adhesive seals: simply peel off the backing and press firmly onto your envelope or project.

While the wax is still slightly warm (but not hot), you can gently wipe the stamp head with a paper towel. If wax hardens in the crevices, you can carefully warm the stamp head slightly (e.g., over the flame for a very brief moment) and wipe again, or use a soft brush. Store in a dry place.
